- Retained for 30 days to allow document re-download, then purged

We use the following trusted third-party services:
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment card data.
- Brevo — transactional email delivery. Your email address is shared with Brevo solely to deliver your documents.
- Vercel — hosting and analytics.
- Google Analytics — anonymous usage analytics. You may opt out via your browser settings.
- Neon — secure database storage for order records.
6. Cookies
We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the operation of our website. We also use Google Analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our site. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect site functionality.
7. Data Retention
We retain your order records (including document download links) for 30 days to allow re-download. After 30 days, document files are deleted from our storage. Contact form submissions are retained for 90 days for support purposes.

- Request deletion of your information (subject to legal retention requirements)
